Worst Property Management I’ve experienced. Horrible communication with leasing unless its regarding something that benefit them, not the resident. I’ve had a few emergency request over past months and none of them were treated as, starting with my heat not working and maintenance not responding until 12+ hours later. Currently, my bathroom ceiling has been experiencing leaks since 12/12 and the issue has yet to be resolved. Maintenance either can’t or won’t fix the problem. Packages get stolen... all the time. No proper up-keeping of the property. The on site staff is instructed to not engage with residents and the call center only submit tickets (which residents can do themselves).

Scheduled multiple tours, could not reach anyone. Finally after getting a tour MONTHS LATER, I could not reach anyone to get an application. I was ready to pay, reached out for weeks looking for someone to give my money to. When calling the corporate office they do nothing except say they will get back to you later and never do.
Like I said, beautiful property, but they have no tenants because you cant get a hold of them to give them your money.
