Bright furnished studio +den apt (incl. utilities, washer, parking)

All utilities, internet and parking included! This apartment is a gem! The rental is for a fully furnished apartment located in a small, quiet and secure building. It is a corner-unit, studio +den, beautifully renovated into a peaceful space with... ambient natural light. The apartment is clean, well-appointed with all new bathroom, kitchen, appliances, dining table, chairs, work desk, furnishings/pots, linens, towels, toiletries, etc., everything to make it your home. There is a washer/dryer combo inside the unit, SmartTV, microwave, coffee machine, French press, toaster. The rental is perfect for one occupant.

We're looking for a clean and respectful tenant who will take excellent care of the apartment. Good credit score required. No smoking, no partying and no fur-babies, sorry.

The apartment is in walking distance to Georgetown Hospital (.7 miles). It is on the D6 bus line which runs every few minutes in each direction to all main parts of the city (routes between Sibley Hospital, Georgetown University Hospital, Georgetown, Dupont Circle, Farragut North, Farragut West, Metro Center, Union Station, Capitol Hill, Stadium-Armory).

The neighborhood: The Palisades/Foxhall neighborhood is on the edge of Georgetown/Glover Park/Burleith. It is one of the safest and quietest neighborhoods in DC. There is a small convenience store on the block, CVS and small restaurants along Macarthur Blvd. A nice park, tennis courts and bike share around the corner (manual and electric bikes). The C&O canal is a short walk with an abundance of hiking and bike trails.

Security deposit required $2000-2800 (depending on lease length); cleaning fee $200; screening fee $40
