Banner Lane is a beautiful building tucked away from the busy traffic of North Capital.
Coming up on one month I would give my experience so far a 7.5/10. Not because of management but because of elements such as : the difference in quality of living expectations from certain neighbors. Some care about the building and cleanliness...and others don't!

Banner lane is a very good building to live in. From the front desk to the management team, I have had a very good experience. Delivery, elevators, parking and location everything is great!

If paying market prices for rent, there are plenty of options with less disruption and chaos - tour other buildings!
