I think a new owner and management took over the property last week, it has been very WONDERFUL! They did a full cleaning of the entire building; and office has new staffing team. I am excited to come home every day!

The new employees are great! They have completely transformed the property and did an amazing job cleaning up all the trash in the garage. The difference is incredible. I would give them 10 stars if I could!

I’ve had a great experience living here. The apartment and common areas are clean and well maintained, and the staff are always friendly, professional, and helpful. I’ve especially noticed how much effort the team puts into keeping the property and garage clean. The location is also very convenient for GWU and getting around DC. I really appreciate the improvements and the hard work of the staff. Highly recommended.
