Additional costs/Requirements:
● Georgetown grad students and young working professionals preferred.
● Average utility cost: $200-300 per month (varies by season). Please account for
utilities in your budgeting. Utilities include gas, water/sewage, electricity and internet.
● Pool maintenance: Additional approx. $250 per person in total for the pool maintenance
package for the 15-week summer season. This includes the pool opening, weekly pool maintenance, and pool closing. Any additional water cost associated with filling and/or topping off the pool is not included in this total. If the pool is already open when you move in, this will be pro-rated only for the time from your move-in to the closing of the pool. The pool is only open for the 15weeks/3.5 months and the landlord covers repairs and half the maintenance cost.
● Security deposit equivalent to one month’s rent to the landlord.
● Potential tenants must be ready to show good credit score and adequate proof of
income or be prepared to provide a guarantor.

This multi-storied, 7,452 square-foot former ambassador’s residence built in 1962 stands inside the historic Colony Hill neighborhood. Just a 15-minute walk from the Georgetown campus, the house is conveniently located a few minutes away from the D6 bus stop. The house features spacious green front and back yards, outdoor pool and hot tub, living room with a fireplace, study with a fireplace, finished basement with a fireplace, formal dining room, spacious and well-appointed kitchen, laundry room, loft living room space with floor to ceiling windows, and even an indoor sauna! There are 6 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms in the house.
