Trow is at the perfect location. The amenities are kept in a nice shape, the lobby is always a great spot to study, love having the little community events and fun little gifts during finals week and throughout the semester.

Unprofessionalism , Disrespectful behavior with the front office. Avery strong lack of communication and zero security policy. Very uneducated at what the concerns are throughout the building along with shabby , deteriorating conditions throughout the property.

Pretty decent. Sometimes the billing doesn’t make sense and we have to get it fixed. The people in the leasing office can be unhelpful. Cheaper than other places near us and a good location.

Payments show up late causing you to pay twice with two convenience fees. Front office is unhelpful the majority of the time and give improper advice. You can ask the same question and get multiple answers with them all being wrong somehow.
