There are TWO bedrooms on the 3rd floor. ROOM C, is very large with a king-sized bed, work table and office chair, 52-inch tv and console with drawers, garment rack, triple-paned windows and blackout curtains. There is a walk-in clothing closet/drawer system in the hallway that you could share with the occupant of Room D. You would share the 2nd floor hall bathroom with 1-2 other people. ROOM D is the other room on the 3rd floor. It is very small, containing a queen-size TemPurpedic bed, glass and blond-wood shelving unit and small folding desk and chair. Room D’s PRIVATE BATHROOM consists of a large walk-in limestone shower, a double-sink granite vanity and a separate water closet. Disregard the futon in the picture—it has been replaced with the high-end TemPurpedic bed. You would use the large walk-in closet in the hallway. AVAILABLE MAY1 2025 for $1950/MONTH

Housemates undergo a nationwide background check. The ideal occupants will considerately clean up after themselves; be friendly/cordial with each other but more often than not, socialize outside of the home, perhaps occasionally having 2-3 people over for a meal.
