Looking for a clean, quiet, and convenient place near Georgetown? We’re looking for someone to take over a $1,100 room in our six-person beautiful and spacious townhouse in the... historic Foxhall neighborhood. Due to a sudden change of plans, we’re seeking a new housemate to take over the ten-month lease starting September 1, 2025 (or potential mid September. Negotialbe). The available room is on the third floor and shares a bathroom with two respectful, clean female housemates. It’s a quiet, bright and cozy room. It is also providing access to shared amenities—including a backyard, living room, dining area, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, and a basement with laundry facilities.

I’m Amber, a professional in international politics from Taiwan, and my housemate Sadik is a Ph.D. candidate in Economics from Turkey. We’re looking for someone who values a calm and respectful environment to join our academic-oriented household.
