Foxhall Room for Rent

Hi!
My roommates and I have an open room in our Foxhall Village townhome, and we're looking for a tidy, friendly, and easygoing professional to join us!

Our home is in a quiet, upscale residential neighborhood, just a 15-minute walk from Georgetown...
University's main campus. The available room is spacious, located on the upper level gets lots of light and shares a bathroom. We’ve been living here since August and have fully furnished the common areas and kitchen. The house features in-unit A/C, a large washer/dryer, a new dishwasher, and a private backyard. Rent is $1,260, not including utilities, which average around $100 per month. We’re looking for someone to move in ASAP with the lease running until August 2025.

We’re also within walking distance of Wisconsin Ave, which has coffee shops, grocery stores, and charming local shops. The D6 bus, which takes you straight to downtown D.C., is conveniently located right outside our home.

About us:
We are four graduate students at Georgetown University. We’re kind, fun, and respectful of each other’s space, but also enjoy staying connected. We’ve created a warm and welcoming home and are looking for someone who will help maintain this environment! If you think you’d be a good fit, please reach out!
