inter-cultural dialogue, encourage life-long connections, and foster global citizenship. Why residents choose I-House DC.

Price- Monthly rates range from $1,763 to $2487 per person but includes just about everything: utilities, internet, 14 prepared meals each week, great location, furnished rooms, stellar community.
Catered Meals- Enjoy daily meals prepared for you so you can focus on other things like academics, creating friendships, or enjoying DC’s many cultural offerings.

Global Community- Support and be supported in a unique and friendly community of students, interns, and visiting scholars.

Fully Furnished Rooms - All rooms include a bed, desk, chair, closet space and dresser. We also provide a linen packet at cost to all new residents that include a fitted sheet, flat sheet, blanket, pillow, pillowcase, and towels.

24/7 Front Desk and on-site Resident Managers - Maintenance issue? Roommate conflict? Or just need to talk something out? Our front desk is open from 8 AM to 9 PM and the on-site Resident Manager is here to help.

Virtual Receptions and Events - Our residents experience exclusive access to Ambassadors, Congressional Members and I-House DC Board Members through our programs, events and receptions. While it is not mandatory to attend our programs, it is highly encouraged!

Location - Our residents in the vibrant, historic and centrally located Dupont Circle neighborhood. There are plenty of shops, restaurants, and parks within walking distance, not to mention the quick five-minute walk to the Metro Station (Red Line).
