Ive lived here just over 6 months and I honestly don't have anything bad to say about the community. There isn't a whole lot of amenities (no outdoor spaces with grills, no pools) but we do have a gym and community room and a rooftop outdoor space. I also love that there are resident events set up every month. It's honestly been amazing living here. The other down side was that parking space is very limited in the garage. I waited about 3 months before I got off the waitlist and was offered a... spot in the garage. In those months, I had to pay for parking in a lot and walk a few blocks to the building. But aside from that, it's been a great experience!

Hi there, we are so happy you have enjoyed living here. Latoya was able to speak with you and go over the amenity spaces that CODA does have - clubroom, outdoor terrace with grills, and working pods. Please let us know if you need anything else!... Katie Linder, General Manager

It’s safe, clean and beautiful. The atmosphere is different.I enjoy the amenities within and outside the unit and building. The units are spacious and the windows are one of the best parts.
