Aug 2025-2026 Sublet

I am graduating from Georgetown Law this year. I'm leaving D.C. for a year in the fall, but I will be back in 2026. So, I'm looking to sublet my bedroom in 2-bedroom, 1 bath apartment in Senate Square in the NoMa / H Street area. I currently live... with a very nice and fun roommate who you would be living with. The rent is $1495 per month, plus utilities. The building is about a 15 minute walk from Georgetown Law. Giant is right across the street, and Whole Foods and Trader Joe's are within walking distance. It's about 15 minutes to Union Market. Please reach out if you are interested!
